Testimonials

Mel delivered a series of online chair yoga to our team boosting morale and support wellbeing.

Mel's sessions were a refreshing break that helped us reset mentally and physically. Most of the team had little or no prior yoga experience, but Mel’s calm, inclusive approach quickly won everyone over.

The sessions were incredibly well received. By the end of the course, we had all gained a better understanding of calming breathing techniques, along with practical tips to improve posture and strength while sitting at our desks. It made a real difference to our energy and focus.

Mel's classes allow me to shift my focus away from the chaos in the world.  Her warm and welcoming environment allows me to embrace the present moment and relax into my practise.  Mel shares lovely poems and quotes which fill my heart with peace and contentment and gives me permission to let go of my tension and worries.  What did I do before Mel's classes came along...

Each of Mel's yoga sessions continue to exceed my expectations.  From the moment you step into the space, there's a sense of calm and welcome.

Mel's sessions help me completely reset.  By the end of each session I feel deeply relaxed yet somehow recharged and ready to face the week ahead.
