Weekly yoga sessions
My sessions are all about moving with your breath, grounding your body and quieting your mind, with a lovely nourishing savasana at the end. I'll guide the practise and I offer lots of options for each pose, the focus is always listening to your body and honouring your needs throughout - resting when wanted and choosing the version of each pose that best suits you in that moment.

Yoga to navigate your perimenopause journey - Bespoke 1:1 sessions
Applying yoga in a way that helps you journey through perimenopause and menopause in the best way you can manage in the moment, with the intelligence of self-love.
An initial consultation to hear and understand what you are experiencing, followed by a choice of one, two or four bespoke 60 minute yoga sessions tailored to honour your needs. I'll share breathwork, meditation and asana modifications that you can use on and off the mat to help you experience and move through the changes you are encountering throughout this time of transition.
The goal is for you to come away empowered to practise yoga, armed with adaptations to suit your changing body and with a toolkit to help you navigate your perimenopause/menopause experience.
